1. Processing Time
Because each item is made to order, please allow up to 10 days for production before shipment.
During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays or circumstances beyond our control.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Please note that it may take 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
4. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order.
We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.
5. Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we cannot control delivery speed or handling.
If your package appears lost, please contact the carrier first using your tracking number.

6. International Shipping
