Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! Each item we create is made with care and attention to detail. Because our products are original, we want to ensure you understand our policies regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Custom Orders

All custom and personalized orders are final sale. Since each piece is made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.

However, if there’s an issue with your order, we’ll make it right—please reach out within 7 days of delivery.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at telicodesignco@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos showing the problem

We’ll review the situation and offer a replacement or refund if appropriate.

Non-Custom / Ready-to-Ship Items

For non-personalized or ready-to-ship products, returns or exchanges may be accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided items are:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Returned in original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days once we receive and inspect the returned item or verify the issue.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production may have already started, and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
